These terms explain the rules that apply when you download or use DuoShot.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using DuoShot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
DuoShot lets compatible iPhones preview and record the front and back cameras together, include microphone audio, arrange a picture-in-picture view, and save the completed video to Photos. Device support and available frame rates depend on hardware and system conditions.
3. Acceptable use
You may use DuoShot only for lawful purposes. You must respect privacy, publicity, copyright, and recording-consent laws, and obtain permission from people you record where required.
4. Your recordings
You retain responsibility for recordings you create, save, or share. You are responsible for confirming that a recording saved correctly before deleting source material or relying on it.
5. Permissions and device requirements
The app needs camera, microphone, and Photos permissions for its core workflow. Dual-camera capture is available only on supported devices. Heat, storage, battery level, interruptions, and other system limits may affect recording.
6. Apple terms
If you obtain DuoShot through the App Store, Apple's applicable terms also apply, including the Apple Standard EULA.
7. Availability and disclaimer
DuoShot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or that recordings will always be free of errors.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including lost or unusable recordings. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Changes and contact
We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
